Natalie and Vince’s Hafod Farm Wedding was one of my favorite weddings at an incredible venue. It is a charming place set within the Conwy valley.  I am so lucky photographing weddings in North Wales as I get see to some incredible venues in  beautiful places. 

Weddings in Conwy

For myself It’s an absolute joy to shoot weddings in Conwy and at Hafod Farm. I feel it’s such a relaxed, intimate and picturesque venue.

Natalie and Vince’s ceremony was held in the super atmospheric tall barn. Their drinks reception was just outside in the farm grounds with the stunning mountain backdrop. Perfectly accompanied with string quartet and chickens for company during the day.  

The weather was kind to us and allowed the string quartet to play outside among the chickens for the afternoon drinks reception whilst both sets of families had a great time. I mingled among guests informally taking candid photographs. I get the opportunity at this point in the day to really be unnoticed whilst guests chat and enjoy themselves. The weather turned on us a little later on in the day, that said, the rain coincided with the wedding breakfast whilst we were in the marquee (great timing!).

Speeches and Evening reception

I photographed inside for the emotional speeches and toasts. As the sun came back out, the guests all headed back out for some evening sunshine and a few drinks whilst the sun went down.

I went back to the tall barn for the evening reception and Natalie and Vince’s first dance. A great time was had by all and lots of dancing followed through the night. A perfect day at a perfect venue. Here’s a set of images telling the story of Natalie and Vince’s Hafod Farm wedding enjoy!
