Sarah and Peter ~ Bodelwyddan Castle Wedding photography.

Sarah and Peter’s wedding was at the stunning Bodelwyddan castle.

I am very lucky to live in beautiful North Wales and as a wedding photographer I am very fortunate to shoot most of my weddings here too.

I had a great time shooting Sarah and Peter’s wedding. I started on their wedding morning photographing them getting ready, they stayed in local farmhouse cottages which were very beautiful and picturesque. Sarah and Peter wanted a photographer who shoots natural wedding photographs and my candid style was ideal for their needs. The weather was very mixed, however this never seemed to pose any issue for us at any part of the day.  Most of the rain happened during the morning and whilst we were indoors during the ceremony.

The wedding ceremony was held within the castles grand hall, the castle is steeped in history and is just stunning ~ a perfect place to get married.

Sarah and Peter’s friends and family had a great time at the reception, the sun came out allowing all the guests to enjoy some late afternoon sunshine outside in the castle grounds.

Here’s a small set of images of their day.
