Liz & Steven’s Statham Lodge Wedding
Liz and Steve particularly wanted a candid wedding photographer to document their Statham Lodge wedding. Since I am a reportage photographer who shoots candidly I was hopeful I could fit their bill. I loved every moment of Liz and Steve’s wedding. In fact Liz and Steve and their fabulous family and friends were a superb bunch.

Candidly is how I photograph weddings and Liz and Steve wanted a photographer to shoot their day without any “cheese” also they did not want any posing photos.
It was a perfect day. The morning was very relaxed as were the happy couple Liz and Steven who were a joy to photograph. Liz got ready in the very swish bridal suite which is a great space to photograph in, with lots of natural light. We were blessed with great weather allowing Liz and Steve to get married in the pristine gardens outside at Statham Lodge. This was exactly what they wanted and it was a splendid ceremony. The ceremony was followed by drinks outside in the sunshine for most of the afternoon. The guests were all relaxed and in great spirits and everybody had a great time in the sun before the wedding breakfast. Next came the speeches, shortly after this was the evening reception.
